SPONSORSHIP
Sponsors are a key element of the Fair’s engagement with our local community and help to generate financial support for the local children’s charities that the Fair supports.
There are a range of options available including:
The display of advertising banners around the showground
The option to Sponsor a specific activity, an event or a location within the Fair
VIP tickets providing unlimited access to the Sponsors’ and Patrons’ tent with complimentary hospitality all day and forward car parking
Sponsors will be acknowledged on the Fair’s website, with their corporate logo, and also on show day with a short promotional commentary.
Sponsorship packages are available on a
sliding scale from £100 and upwards

become a Patron
To become a Patron, we invite you to donate not less than £120.
For this you will receive:
Two Patron badges entitling you and a guest to enter the Fair and the use of the Patron’s Tent. Complimentary light refreshments, wine, beer, soft drinks, tea and coffee will be available as well as afternoon tea
Two invitations to the Chairman’s Champagne Reception
Forward car parking, up until 11.00 am.
If you wish to bring guests, additional badges are available with donations of not less than:
Single Patron or Adult Guest : £60
Junior Guest aged 14 years and under, accompanied by an adult : £10
Accompanied Children (under 5) Free
