Every year visitors enjoy a selection of over 250 high quality craft, trade and food stands.
The trade stands are invited for their quality and variety and give visitors the opportunity to buy fashion items as well as things for the home and garden, gifts, art and photography.
The Craft Courtyard is a delightful area in which to watch demonstrations and find something that little bit special. Here you will find good quality, hand-made crafts, all made locally by the exhibitors at the Fair and not mass-produced.
Rural Craft displays and demonstrations give visitors an opportunity to discover more about all sorts of rural activities - weave, 'hurdle and turn', carve sticks or lay a hedge.
The Food Hall has always, and continues, to offer local gourmet delights for every taste from a range of artisan food producers.
Farmers Market and Cookery Demonstrations
Cookery demonstrations throughout the day by a line-up of local chefs, alongside stalls selling tasty, locally-produced food from Dorset Famers' Market producers.
A wide variety of food stands throughout the showground to suit all tastes and appetites.
A full list of trade and craft stands, caterers and food hall exhibitors are printed in the Fair's Show Programme, which is available to buy on Show day either at the pedestrian entrances or from the programmer sellers on the showground.
New stand applications
If you are a trade stand exhibitor and are interesting in applying for a stand at the Fair, please can you email email@example.com with some information about your crafts/products, a photo of your stand at a recent show or event that you have attended, a link to your webside (if applicable) and your postal address.
New applications are considered by the Fair's Committee during the autumn/winter. During the autumn, "first refusal" is given to traders/exhibitors who attended the Fair in May, after which time the Committee will know what space is available to open up to new applicants on the waiting list. Thank you.
